I have gotten to a point in my life where I really want to get healthy. It's not like I've gained a significant amount of weight since I got married...only about 5 lbs, but I really want to start loosing weight and getting healthy. I've said this for years and I've tried. But never really followed through. I guess what made me realize I need to do this is because I want to start a family. I want to have children with my husband. I'm not saying that I couldn't do that now, however, I could, but I wouldn't be healthy. Having a baby means gaining weight. I would like to loose some pounds and learn to eat healthy and exercise and then have a baby!
So what am I going to do?
1. Well I've already started counting my calories! I'm using the app My Fitness Pal.
2. Couch to 5 K
So here's to a new me :)
